It will cost you $199 and it gets you an activation kit with your 24 hour access. You also get a “new member” starter pack with a 28 day online program and access to support both in the club and online. It should be noted that the membership prices may vary from club to club.

This is because Fernwood operates on a franchise business model. Fernwood offers four membership tiers:

  1. Basic – just a normal gym membership
  2. Weight loss – access to all club facilities and clubs, plus private food coaching
  3. Motivation – access to all club facilities including a nutrition program, personal training and private motivation
  4. Maximum – The full package that include everything the other three have

These tiers are available on either a three or a twelve month contract. You get a 7-day cooling-off period in case you change your mind. There are certain terms and conditions attached to cancellations.

Your membership can be used at any of the Fernwood Fitness clubs around Australia.

Visit their website to find a studio close to you. They will have the contact information displayed so you can visit the studio and get enrolled in their membership program. The F45 members usually pay $65 a week and attend as many sessions as they want.

The membership fee may vary from location to location, and some clubs offer a good discount if you pay for several weeks upfront. Members can also pre-purchase a 10 pass that allows them to train at multiple locations.
